Jim D’Andrea is a New England native who has worked as a homeless outreach volunteer, repo man, and film crew production assistant on movies like Kingpin and Fever Pitch. A self-taught screenwriter represented by WME and Paradigm for his early comedy work, Jim turned to prose to explore his lifelong passion for horror. Influenced by Tales from the Crypt, The Twilight Zone, and authors like Kafka and Bukowski, he brings a darkly playful tone to his storytelling.
He lives in Charleston with his two cats and an appropriately haunted house.
